A nice and easy pasta dish for the holidays. Enjoy fresh or chilled.

1 lb pasta – bow ties, elbows, etc
1 lb large boiled (21-25) shrimp, cut in half
12 kalamata olives, cut in half
12 grape tomatoes, cut in half
12 sun dried tomatoes, sliced
8 oz fresh baby spinach, cut up
4 oz feta cheese, cubed 
1 tbsp thyme 
1 tsp basil 
1 tbsp oregano 
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp Pierro pesto sauce
1 tbsp shredded parmesan for topping

Place in order in bowl, stir and enjoy!

Try substituting cooked chicken or lobster for a change!
