We make this salsa fresh at least once a week for tacos, but it tastes great with chips as well. All you’ll need is a small food processor and the following simple ingredients:

1 to 2 tomatoes (depending on size)
1 spring onion
1/2 lime (just to squeeze for juice)
1 or 2 slices of fresh jalapeño
Fresh cilantro (large pinch worth)
Lousiana style hot sauce
Seasoning (Sazon Completa)
Salt

Rough chop tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro, and put in food processor. Sprinkle with salt and seasoning, then squeeze in the juice from half a lime and add a few shots of hot sauce. Pulse several times to achieve your desired consistency. Taste for salt and hot sauce, and adjust as needed to your liking. If too salty or spicy, just add more tomato. Pulse couple more times to mix, serve and enjoy!

Try adding other veggies like roasted corn and different kinds of peppers to change it up from time to time.
