Here’s a simple pico de gallo for taco night! This one is made chunky style by its lazy namesake with Roma tomatoes.

3 firm tomatoes
1/2 medium red onion
2 medium cloves garlic
1-2 jalapeño peppers
1 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 fresh lime

Dice, chop, mince & mix all ingredients then squeeze the juice from 1/2 lime. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving!

For a little more heat, try serrano peppers or a dash of your favorite hot sauce.
